Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct care and oversight to a wide variety of patients in an outpatient infusion setting. Expected to provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team. Enter and verify patient demographic and medical history into the EHR Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Enter patient information into the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care within the office assistance scope of practice under the direct supervision of the physician and nursing staff.
  • Perform other clerical tasks related to patient records and the EHR.
