Study for Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps
Nasal polyps, also called nasal polyposis, are noncancerous growths on the lining of the nasal passages or sinuses. These growths result from chronic inflammation and are associated with asthma, recurring inflection, allergies, drug sensitivity or certain immune disorders. Although small nasal polyps may not cause symptoms, larger growths can block nasal passages or lead to breathing problems, a lost sense of smell and infection.
A clinical research study called ANCHOR is in need of volunteers to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an investigational medicine to treat nasal polyps. Qualified participants may receive study-related supplies, medications and examinations at no cost, as well as compensation up to $100 per visit and additional travel support.
Who can take part in the study?
You may be able to participate if:
- You are 18 years of age and older
- You have a history of nasal polyps
- You are currently on daily treatment with INCS for at least 8 weeks prior to screening
